援奥翻译志愿者心理健康状况分析

目的研究2008年奥运会翻译员志愿者心理健康状况,为心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）及自制问卷,对303名翻译员志愿者进行心理测试。结果 SCL-90筛选阳性率22.44%,除强迫及精神病性因子分外,其他各因子分均小于常模（P〈0.01）;SCL-90总分与年龄呈负相关（R=-0.13,p〈0.05）;翻译员的主要症状为强迫和人际关系敏感。结论翻译员志愿者总体心理健康状况较好,但仍有部分人需要接受心理干预。

The Mental Health States of Translator Volunteers of the 2008 Olympic Games

Objective To investigate the mental health states of the translator volunteers of the 2008 Olympic Games,and provide fundamental data for future psychological intervention.Methods Symptom Check List 90（SCL-90） and self-designed questionnaire were used to research the mental health states of 303 translators.Results The percentage of subjects could have mental health problem was 22.44%,and the scales of all factors（except obsessive compulsive and psychopathic factors） of SCL-90 were less than that of Chinese norm;negative correlation was found between the total scales of SCL-90 and the ages of translators（R=-0.13,p〈0.05）;The main mental health problems of translators were obsessive compulsive symptoms and sensitivity of interrelationship.Conclusions Although the main mental health states of translator volunteers is optimistic,there are still some volunteers need further psychological intervention.
