| 摘 要： | 目的：建立慢支紫红丸定性鉴别方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法对样品中五指毛桃、矮地茶进行定性鉴别。结果：在选定的薄层色谱条件下,层析斑点清晰,分离效果较好。结论：此方法操作简单,专属性强,重复性好,阴性对照无干扰,可用于慢支紫红丸的定性鉴别。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a quality standard of indentifying the contents of Manzhi Zhihong Pills.Methods:Using TLC method for quanlitative analysis of Wuzhimaotao Radix Fici simplicissmae root of Hisipid Fig and Japanese Ardisia Herb.Results:The dapples in the TLC plate are clean and the result of Separation is good.Conclusion:The results show that this method is simply,steady,and could be used for determining the two substances in Manzhi Zhihong Pills and the negative of the sample is not be interrupted. |
