64层CT血管成像诊断下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症的临床价值

目的探讨64层CT血管成像技术诊断下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症(ASO)的技术优势及临床应用价值。方法对31例临床疑有ASO的患者行多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)检查,数据在ADW 4.2工作站分析,行容积再现(VR)、最大强度投影(M IP)、曲面重建(CPR)、仿真内镜(VE)、高级血管分析(AVA)等多种后处理并结合原始图像进行综合分析。结果31例的血管重建图像对ASO有特征性显示,26例患者术中所见与MSCTA一致。结论64层CT血管成像对下肢动脉病变的显示具有独特的优势,逐渐成为诊断病变及评估手术疗效的首选影像学检查方法。

The clinical value of 64 - slice CT angiography in diagnosis arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of lower extremity

Objective To invest the clinical value of 64-slice CT angiography for diagnosis of arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of lower cxtremity.Methods 31 cases clinically suspected as arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of lower extremity were performed CTA with a 64-slice scanner.The data was analyzed on ADW 4.2 workstation,and reformed by VR,MIP,CPR,VE,AVA and generally analyzed with original axial images.Results All of the 31 cases performed successfully,and showed characteristically.There are 26 cases' MSCTA present same as operation.Conclusion 64-slice CT was valuable to demonstrate arterial disease in lower extremity,become the first method to diagnosis and evaluate the curative effect.
