| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨直接数字化X线摄影(DDR)的双能量减影(dual—energy subtmction)技术在儿童鼾症诊断中的临床应用价值。方法 对76例儿童鼾症患者进行DDR双能量减影检查，同时做鼻咽部平片和CT扫描，并与手术病理结果进行对照。结果 DDR双能量减影能清晰显示鼻咽部气道，在导致儿童鼾症常见的腺样体肥大、扁桃体肥大的诊断中，DDR双能量减影对病灶的显示明显优于普通平片。结论 DDR双能量减影技术能有效去除周围骨组织影像对气道的重叠，使气道显示更为清晰，对气道狭窄情况的判断更为准确，便于进行鼻咽部气道的测量，能为临床医生提供更精确的术前估计。
