| 摘 要： | 大白鼠每日按每公斤3毫克服甲基睾丸素与15毫克甲酸棉酚合剂10次后,睾丸曲细精管生精上皮遭受损伤,正常精子形成发生障碍,从而产生抗生育效能。通过实验表明应用合剂与分别用药相比,可缩短用药时间,产生节制生育的作用,停药后40天恢复生殖能力。

| Abstract: | After feeding the rattus norvegicus var, albus with a mixture of methyl testiculine and gossypol formate (3 mg/kg and 15mg/kg respectively) once a day for 10 days,the spermatogenic epithelia of seminiferous tubules were damaged and the dysfunction of spermatogenesis occured. It results in loss of fertility The experiments revealed that the duration for administration of mixture was less than that the two compartments of the mixture given separately. The ablity of reproduction will be restored after stopping giving the medicine of 40 days duration. |
