外来人口肺结核病患者健康教育效果影响因素分析

目的分析不同因素对外来人口肺结核患者健康教育效果的影响。方法通过问卷形式,分析不同教育形式、教育时机、心理健康状况和社会支持对外来人口肺结核患者健康教育效果的影响。结果多种形式教育效果优于单一口头形式的教育;患病早期及疾病好转期的健康教育效果优于患病晚期、疾病复发和治疗失败的教育效果;患病初期心理健康状况的教育效果优于患病治疗后期的心理健康教育;分阶段有针对性地心理干预和支持性心理治疗的教育效果优于非阶段无针对性地心理干预及心理治疗教育;社会支持水平越低,健康教育效果越差。结论对外来人口中的肺结核病患者进行有针对性、多样性、时段性及因人而异的心理干预和支持性心理治疗的健康教育,可明显提高其健康教育的效果。

Effects of various factors of health education on immigrants with pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To analyze the effects of various factors of health education on immigrants with tuberculosis.Methods By questionnaire survey,the effects of various factors,such as education formation,education time,mentality and society support,of health education on immigrants with tuberculosis.Results Multiform education excelled single verbal education.Education in forepart or straightening up course of PTB exceeded terminal,relapsing or unsuccessfully treated course.As for the health education of mentality,the initial stage of PTB course excelled terminal stage.The education effect of pertinent interference and supportive treatment of mentality at different PTB course excelled un-pertinent or no-staggered.The lower social support degree,the poorer the effect of health education.Conclusion The health education of pertinent,multiform,periodically and individual interference and supportive treatment of mentality immigrants with tuberculosis can greatly improve the effect of health education for immigrants with PTB.
