| 摘 要： | 目的研究我院抗组胺药的应用状况和发展趋势。方法采用金额排序和应用频度分析法对我院2002~2005年度抗组胺药的使用情况进行统计分析。结果用药金额呈逐年上升趋势,而用药频度(DDDs)却逐年下降。结论新一代抗组胺药氯雷他定目前仍是我院治疗过敏性疾病的首选药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the current situation and future trend of antihistamines in our hospital.Methods By using the methods of sum of money and DDDs,the antihistamines used in our hospital from 2002 to 2005 were analyzed.Results The annual sum of money of antihistamines increased year by year.The annual DDDs of antihistamines decreased with years.Conclusions Loratadine is still the first choice therapy of allergic reaction. |
