| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术后适宜的压迫止血时间。方法540例经桡动脉行冠脉造影术后的患者，使用TRBand压迫止血器对桡动脉进行压迫止血。按止血减压时间不同分为A、B、c三组，每组180例，观察三组术后止血效果及压迫止血的并发症。结果B组术后压迫止血2h后逐渐减压，穿刺部位出血、血肿、肢体远端紫绀、麻木等并发症的发生率较A、c组少（P〈0．05）。结论经桡动脉行冠脉造影术，术后压迫止血2h后逐渐减压的方法止血效果确切，皮肤并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy for the time of hemostasis after trans-radial coronary angiography.
