| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨达芬奇辅助结肠次全切除术治疗结肠克罗恩病的安全性与可行性.方法:2010年9月为1例结肠克罗恩病患者施行了达芬奇辅助结肠次全切除术,研究其手术技术、手术安全性及患者术后恢复情况.结果:手术顺利完成,无术中并发症发生.术后第2天恢复胃肠道功能,第3天恢复肠内营养,第6天转至康复病房.结论:达芬奇系统用于结肠次全...
