苍苓止泻口服液治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察

目的 :评价苍苓止泻口服液治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法 :5 8例轮状病毒肠炎患儿随机分成苍苓止泻口服液治疗组和对照组。结果 :治疗组和对照组显效率分别为 34 48%、10 34 % ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,治疗组在缩短病程和排毒时间等指标优于对照组 ,两组间有显著差异。结论 :苍苓止泻口服液治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎见效快 ,疗效肯定 ,不良反应少。

Efficacy of Cangling Antidiarrheal Oral Liquor on rotaviru s gastroenteritis in infants

Aim: To evaluate the clinical effect of the oral Cangling Antidiarrhea Liquor as therapy for infants with rotavirus enteritis Methods: 58 infants with diarrhea (resulting from rotavirus gastroenteritis) were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group with the oral Cangling Antidiarrhea Liquor and control group Results: The complete response rate of the drug in the treatment group and control group were 34 48% and 10 34% respectively,and a comparison of the data showed significant difference between the two groups( P <0 05) Moreover,efficacy of the drug on shortening course of disease and duration of viral excretion also showed statistically significant difference between the two groups Conclusion:Cangling Antidiarrhea Oral Liquor possesses the advantages of taking effect rapidly and little side effect It is a certain remedy for diarrhea-rotavirus gastroenteritis-in infants,and suitable for clinical application
