| 摘 要： | 作者对成都地区6314名2～14岁幼儿和儿童进行了血尿、蛋白尿及菌尿三项筛查。结果表明:最后检查三项均阳性者102名,患病率为16.15‰,以无症状性血尿居首位,其他依次为可疑肾炎、尿路感染,后者以8岁以下的女性为多。102名检出者中仅8名既往有泌尿系统疾病史,表明尿筛查系早期发现和及时防治泌尿系统疾病的重要措施。

| Abstract: | The results from 6314 children of 2 to14 years of age in Chengdu who were screenedfor hematuria, proteinuria and bacteriuria,showed that 102 children had urinary diseases(accounting for 16.15%). The constituentratios of urinary diseases were: symptomlesshematuria to be the highest, glomeruloneph-ritis in all probability the second and uri-nary tract infection the third. The girls lessthan 8 years of age with urinary tractinfection were predominant among thechildren. They are susceptible to urinary tractinfection because of their shorter urethra andpoorer resistance to bacteria. Only 6 of 102children with urinary diseases had a pasthistory. It suggests that screening for urine isan importent measare to prevent and treaturinary diseases. |
