| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨胆囊结石患者胆汁凝血、抗凝和纤溶指标变化。方法 :采用免疫比浊法、ELISA和发色底物法测定2 0例胆囊结石和 17例非结石患者胆汁中凝血、抗凝和纤溶指标。结果 :胆囊结石组胆汁高凝、抗凝活性减低、纤溶活化。结论 :胆囊结石患者胆汁中凝血、抗凝、纤溶功能异常与结石形成有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between the changes of coagulation,anticoagulation and fibrinolytic factors in bile and the formation of gallstones.Method The coagulation,anticoagulation and fibrinolytic factors in bile were detected in patients with gallstones(20) and patients without gallstones(17).Results Hypercoagulability,low anticoagulatibility and activated fibrinogenolysis were seen in bile of patients with gallstones.Conclusion It seems that the formation of gallstones is related to the dysfunction of coagulation,anticoagulation and fibrinogenolysis in bile. |
