三种急性时相反应蛋白在冠心病患者中的检测及临床意义

目的探讨高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、血清前白蛋白（PAB）、血浆纤维蛋白原（FIB）在冠心病诊断中的价值。方法冠心病患者62例及58例健康患者（对照组）,测定并比较两组患者hs-CRP、PAB及FIB水平,并对三个指标进行相关性分析。结果冠心病患者hs-CRP、FIB水平明显高于对照组,PAB水平明显低于对照组。不同临床类型的冠心病患者,随病情严重程度增加,hs-CRP、FIB水平明显增高,PAB明显降低。hs-CRP与PAB、PAB与FIB之间负相关性（r分别为-0.732、-0.344,P均〈0.01）;hs-CRP与FIB之间正相关性（r为0.297,P〈0.05）。结论急性时相反应蛋白是检测冠心病严重程度、评估冠心病心绞痛分型的重要指标。

The detection and clinical significance of three acute phase reaction protein in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective： To evaluate the predictive value of hs-CRP,PAB and FIB in patients with coronary heart disease（ CHD）. Methods： The levels of hs-CRP,PAB and FIB were detected in 62 patients with CHF and 58 non-heart failure patients. The correlations between hs-CRP,PAB and FIB were estimated. Results： Compared with the control group,the levels of hs-CRP,FIB in the group were significantly high（ P 0. 01）,while the level of PAB were significantly low（ P 0. 01）. With the increase of disease severity of different clinical types of CHF patients,the levels of hs-CRP and FIB increased significantly,while PAB decreased significantly. The levels of hs-CRP and PAB,the levels of PAB and FIB showed negative correlation（ r was-0. 732,-0. 344,respectively,P 0. 01）. While the levels of hs-CRP and FIB showed positive correlation（ r = 0. 297,P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Acute phase reaction protein can be used to detect the severity of CHF, and as an index to classify the parting of angina pectoris in CHD.
