| 摘 要： | 目的：观察电针聚泉、廉泉对假性延髓麻痹的疗效。方法：将60例中风后假性延髓麻痹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，两组均在基础治疗的基础之上，治疗组予电针聚泉、廉泉、双翳风、双风池；对照组针刺上廉泉、金津、玉液、双风池、双翳风。两组治疗3周后观察疗效。结果：治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，两组总有效率比较差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。结论：电针聚泉、廉泉穴治疗假性延髓麻痹具有良好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effects of electroacupuncture at Juquan and Lianquan on pseudo -bulbar paralysis .Methods：60 pseudo-bulbar paralysis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and mod-el group .There were 30 patients in each group .The two groups were used the same basic treatment .Patients in treatment group received electroacupuncture at Juquan ,Lianquan,double Fengchi and double Yifeng .Patients in model group recived acupuncture at Lian Quan , Jin Jin, Yu Ye, double Fengchi and double Yifeng .After three weeks of treatment in the two groups observe the effects .Results：The curative effect of treatment group was evidently better than that in the control group .The difference between the effects of the two groups had a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It is a good method to use electroacupuncture at Ju-quan and Lianquan for pseudo -bulbar paralysis . |
