超声诊断剖宫产术后腹壁子宫内膜异位症

目的 探讨剖宫产术后腹壁子宫内膜异位症的超声诊断价值.方法 对8例经手术切除且经病理诊断为腹壁子宫内膜异位症超声声像图进行分析研究.结果 8例患者9个腹壁肿块均位于皮下脂肪层深部或肌层组织内,形态为类圆形、椭圆形,边缘不规则,呈毛刺样,内为不均质低回声,经期出现蜂窝状结构,肿块周围组织增厚,呈高回声晕圈;彩色多普勒显示部分肿块内有彩色血流信号,动脉频谱呈低速高阻改变.结论 高频彩色多普勒超声检查对剖宫产术后腹壁子宫内膜异位症的诊断十分有价值.

Objective To explore the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometriosis of abdominal wall after cesarean section. Results 8 of 9 cases of abdominal wall lesions were located in the subcutaneous fat layer of deep or muscle ,shape for the round , elliptic margin irregularly t a burr, is not homogeneous low echo, menstrual honeycomb structure, surrounding tissue thickening, appears hyperechoic halo ; color Doppler showed the part of the mass with color flow signal, the artery frequency spectrum with low velocity and high resistance to change. Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasonography after cesarean section on the diagnosis of abdominal wall endometriosis is very valuable..
