对手术室年轻护士进行情境模拟培训的实践研究

目的探讨情境模拟培训对提高手术室年轻护士实践能力的影响。方法选择在手术室工作5年以下的年轻护士20名为研究对象,采取情境模拟培训,如模拟演示各科手术的术前访视、术中配合、术后转运交接及回访等,并采用自行设计的调查表对培训效果进行评价。结果培训后医生对手术配合的满意度、护理工作质量及护士自身职业满意度、交流沟通技巧、应急能力、风险意识等高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论情境模拟培训提高了医生对年轻护士手术配合的满意度,提升了年轻护士的实践能力及学习的主动性,有利于促进年轻护士成长。

Practice of situational simulation training for junior nurses in operating rooms

Objective To evaluate the effect of situational simulation training on junior nurses＇ practical ability in operating rooms. Methods Twenty junior nurses received situational simulation training on the skills of preoper- ative visit,intraoperative cooperation,postoperative transport and visit. The surgeons＇ satisfaction with nurses＇ intraop- erative cooperation,the quality of nursing and nurses＇ self-evaluation were investigated before and after training. Results After training,the surgeons＇ satisfaction with nurses＇ intraoperative cooperation,quality of nursing care, nurses＇ job satisfaction,communication skills,emergency response ability and risk awareness were significantly im- proved than before（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Situational simulation training can improve the surgeons＇ satisfaction with junior nurses＇ intraoperative cooperation,promote junior nurses＇ practical ability and learning initiative,which is con- ductive to the growth of junior nurses.
