| 摘 要： | 目的探讨同轴微导管在支气管动脉栓塞术治疗支气管扩张大咯血的应用范围、临床效果及与并发症的关系。方法支气管扩张大咯血患者23例，经保守治疗无效后采用同轴微导管行支气管动脉栓塞术，栓塞材料为高温高压处理后的明胶海绵，术后随访0．25～2a。结果有效率为100％。未出现严重并发症。结论支气管动脉栓塞术是治疗急性大咯血的首选方法，同轴微导管的应用可使栓塞的靶向性更强、栓塞更彻底，并能有效地防止严重并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the using area, clinic effect and relationship with complication of bronchial artery embolization by coaxial micro-catheter in treatment of massive hemoptysis. Methods] 23 cases suffering from bronchiectasis with massive hemoptysis were embolized with micro-catheter after internal medical treatment but inefficacy.
