| 摘 要： | 单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)感染是人类高发的感染性疾病之一,严重危害人类健康。西医主要以化学合成的核苷类抗病毒药物进行局部或全身治疗,但此类药物易产生耐药性,临床应用效果欠佳。本文从中药抗HSV的作用靶点,单味中药、中药复方及有效成分抗HSV实验和临床研究等几个方面,综述目前国内外中草药的研究现状,探讨中药研究的思路。
