A Discussion on Promoting the Quality of the Clinical U rological Surgeons in Master Degree

Since it is general that the students of urology surgery is lack basic training before their study for master degree, we must intensify the clinical training, which is the key link for training the clinical urological surgeons in master degree and will lay the first stone for their later study. During the course, the teacher should try to improve the general quality of students to be urological surgeons.
