| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨以消化系统损害为主要表现的急性有机磷中毒的临床特点.方法:以消化系统损害为主要表现的急性有机磷中毒患者105例为观察组,以同期84例非消化系统损害为主要表现为对照组,比较临床表现差异.结果:观察组主要表现为恶心、呕吐,腹痛、腹胀.服毒量与消化系统损害有相关性(P＜0.05).结论:超过100ml以上的服毒量容易造成消化系统损害.保护胃粘膜、稳定循环系统是治疗的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical point of acute organophosphorus intoxication prior to digestive system damage. Methods 105 cases of acute organophosphorus intoxication prior to digestive system damase was as observation group,compared the difference of clinical feature with 84 cases of non-digestive system injure as control group.Pesults Observation group was dominanted as directly gasstric mkucous membrane injury:Nausea, vomit,bellyache, abdominal distention.Quantity of taking poison has relevanced with digestive system hurt(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking poison over 100ml will cause digetive system damaging.Protection of gasstric mkucous membrane,constant circulation are the key to the treatment. |
