不同缝合法治疗尿道下裂术后尿瘘的临床研究

目的探讨加强连续内翻缝合法与简单连续内翻缝合法对尿道下裂术后尿瘘修复的疗效。方法回顾性分析60例尿道下裂术后尿瘘修复术患者的临床资料,60例患者根据手术方式分为连续内翻缝合法（连续内翻组32例）和加强连续内翻缝合法（加强连续内翻组28例）。结果加强连续内翻缝合法手术成功率为85.7%,显著高于连续内翻缝合法的53.1%（P〈0.05）;28例加强连续内翻缝合的尿道下裂术后尿瘘患者中,瘘口小于4 mm的患者12例,手术成功10例,成功率为83.3%;瘘口大于4 mm的患者16例,手术成功14例,成功率为87.5%,两组瘘口大小与手术成功率无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论加强连续内翻缝合法手术操作较简单,成功率高,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical study of urinary fistula treated by various suture post hypospadias operation
