小型钛板内固定在下颌骨骨折手术中的并发症

目的：分析下颌骨骨折小钛板内固定术后并发症的因素。方法：收集1997～2003年下颌骨骨折行小钛板内固定术者50例术后的并发症。结果：并发症主要表现为局部感染，皮肤粘膜褥疮性破溃，螺钉松动，咬合关系不良，小钛板断裂，下颌骨骨髓炎．结论：下颌骨骨折的小型钛板内固定术效果可靠，但应严格掌握适应证及注意事项；未能早期适时的治疗和不适当的应力集中、放疗等因素是造成并发症的重要因素。

Complications of miniplate osteosynthesis in the treatment of mandibluar fracture

Objective: To analysis the canses of conplications in the internal fixation of mandibular fracture with mini-titanium plate.Methods: From 1997 to 2003,50 cases of patients suffered with mandibular fracture were treated with internal mini-titanium plate fixation,and the postoperative complications were analysed.Results: The complications were presented as focal infection,mucocutaneous decudital ulcer,screw relaxing,abnormal occlusal disharmmong,fracture of the mini-titanium plate,and osteomyelitis of mandible.Conclusion: Mandibular fracture might be internally fixed effectively with mini-titanium plate,but the operative indication should be carefully controlled and more attention should be paid to the minititanium plate illustration.And the conplication were mainly caused by delayed operation,abnormal force concentration,and radiotherapy.
