以临床实践为基础的护理科研管理模式探讨

目的:探讨以临床实践为基础的护理科研管理模式,建立完善的护理科研管理制度以及搭建良好的护理科研交流平台的方法。方法:比较建立以临床实践为基础的护理科研管理模式前后各5年内获得的科研成果数量。结果:2005-2009年度与2000-2004年度比较,科研成果数量明显增加。结论:建立以临床实践为基础的护理科研管理模式有助于科研工作的开展,提高护理科研水平。

The model of nursing research based on clinical practice

Objective：To explore the model of nursing research based on clinical practice,thereby to establish a completed management system and a good platform of nursing research.Methods：The research achievements were divided into two groups with one group about the nursing research model based on clinical practice 5 years ago,and another group about the nursing research model 5 years later.The achievements in the two groups were analyzed statistically.Results：The amount of research achievements were increased obviously in the period of 2005-2009 than 2000-2004.Conclusion：The establishment of nursing research model based on clinical practice can contribute to the development of research work,and improve the nursing research.
