铅对子代健康危害的研究

摘    要:本文报道醋酸铅小鼠骨髓微核试验,各实验组微核出现率与对照组比较,差异均无显著性(P<0.05),而小鼠胎肝微核试验5000mg/kg剂量组与对照组比较差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。致畸试验500mg/kg,100mg/kg,10mg/kg三组活胎率下降,小鼠精子畸形变率40mg/kg,200mg/kg组增高,与对照组比较差异均有高度显著性。本实验未见外观或内脏畸形。研究结果认为铅对子代危害较严重,要加强铅作业工人特殊劳动保护。

Abstract:Our studies show that the frequencies of micronuclei of each experimental group did not differ significantly from the control group (P>0.05) in lead acetate to micronuclei test of the bone marrow of mice, but there was significance between 5000mg/kg experimental group and control (P<0.01) in lead acetate to micronuclei test of the foetal liver of mice. The rates of liver embryo of 500, 100, 10mg/kg group decreased in lead acetate to teratogenicity test of mice, there were high significance (P<0.0l) when they compared with the control. We did not find the teratisncus of cutward appearance and viscera in our study. The rates of sperm cell teratogencity of 40, 200mg/kg group were high significant from the control. All results indicated that the hazards of lead are serious to filial generation, so the particular labour protection must be done to the workers eaposed to lead.
