原位杂交检测DDX24基因在膀胱癌的表达

摘    要:目的 探讨DDX2 4基因在膀胱移行细胞癌 (TCC)发生发展的作用。方法 采用核酸分子原位杂交 ,应用RNA探针对 3 2例TCC组织与 8例正常组织的DDX2 4基因表达情况进行检测。结果 显示DDX2 4基因在正常组织中高表达而在TCC组织中表达下调或不表达 ,并且表达程度与TCC的分级、分期呈负相关。结论 DDX2 4基因对TCC的生物学行为有重要影响 ,其表达程度可作为TCC的恶性程度的一指标。

Abstract:Objective To explore the role of DDX24 new gene in the occurrence and progression of transitional cell carcinoma (TCC).Methods The expression of DDX24 new gene was detected by using in sity hybridization with RNA primer in 32 cases of TCC and 8 cases of normal bladder tissue.Results All normal bladder tissue strongly expressed DDX24 new gene,while in the bladder tumor,the expression of DDX24 was down-regulated or detectable.Moreover,the expression of DDX24 gene was correlated with the stage and grade of TCC.Conclusion DDX24 new gene has an important impact on the biological behavior of TCC.The expression of DDX24 gene might serve as an indicator for evaluating the malignancy of TCC.
