摘    要:目的 探讨适用于计算机三维重建的手标本灌注材料与方法.方法 取新鲜健康成人手标本3只(保留腕关节),进行CT预扫描,标本应无器质性损害,其主要解剖学参数具有代表性.将标本近端尺、桡动脉游离后,予5%枸橼酸钠生理盐水冲洗血管,在常温下将自凝牙托水、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、中国银朱混合,再加入自凝牙托粉,充分搅拌混合均匀后即刻灌注,以连续缓慢的方式注入标本尺、桡动脉中.完成灌注4~24 h(给予冷藏)后再进行CT扫描,共获取220层数据集,将其以.dicom格式保存.结果 手标本CT薄层扫描图像中血管显像清晰、边缘光滑锐利,尺、桡动脉及指固有动脉等管腔呈中空显示,相邻平面血管连续性、完整性较好,各级血管的CT值大小分布均匀,可显示末梢血管分布情况,显示精度可达0.45~0.55mm.骨与血管等重要解剖结构及其毗邻关系都得到良好的显示.结论 良好的灌注材料及科学的灌注方法对CT薄层二维图像的采集至关重要,应用自凝牙托材料进行标本灌注是一种适用于计算机三维重建标本灌注的理想方法.

Abstract:Objective To establish the optimal methods of hand perfusion for thin slice CT scan and three-dimensional computerized reconstruction. Methods Three fresh adult cadaver hands with the wrist joint retained were scanned via CT before perfusion. These specimens did not have pathologic damages, and the main anatomical parameters were representative. The ulnar artery and radial artery were flushed with 5 % sodium citrate saline, followed by slow continuous perfusion using liquid denture acrylic, dibutyl phthalate, cinnabar and selfcuring denture acylic. The perfused hands were cryopreserved for 4 to 24 hours before being subject to CT-scan. A stack of 220 layers from each of the specimens were acquired and stored as . dicom files. Results Imaging from CT thin slices showed vasculature with good clarity and smooth sharp edges. Lumen of the ulnar and radial arteries and proper digital arteries was hollow. CT values of the size of the blood vessels had uniform distribution at all levels. The distribution of peripheral blood vessels showed accuracy of up to 0.45 to 0.55 mm.Bones and blood vessels and other important anatomical structures and their adjacent relationships were well displayed. Conclusion Good perfusion materials and scientific methods were essential for CT thin twodimensional image capture. The application of self-curing denture material specimen perfusion is a suitable method that is ideal for three-dimensional computer reconstruction of the perfused samples.
