磁共振脂肪抑制技术及其临床应用探讨

摘    要:在全面收集整理当今各种磁共振脂肪抑制序列的基础上,对目前临床上常用的频率选择饱和法、STIR技术、频率选择反转脉冲脂肪抑制技术、选择性水或脂肪激发技术、Dixon技术及预饱和带技术进行了详细概述,并进行对比分析,指出了不同的脂肪抑制技术有着各自不同优缺点及使用范围,只有在临床应用中应选择恰当的脂肪抑制技术才能更好地对病变做出诊断。

Abstract:Based on the magnetic resonance in today's fat-suppression sequence that collected,a detailed overview and contrastive analysis of the frequency-selective saturation method,STIR technique,frequency selective inversion pulse fat suppression,water or fat selective excitation technique,Dixon technology and pre-saturated with technology,which are often used in clinical application at present.Then the different fat suppression techniques have their own advantages and disadvantages of the use of different areas are pointed out.In the end,only the right to choose fat-suppression techniques can make a better diagnosis of the disease in clinical application.
