| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年腰椎管狭窄伴椎间盘突出症的临床特点及治疗方法。方法:椎管减压加髓核摘除18例,椎管减压加髓核摘除加后路固定18例。结果:随访1.5~5年。椎管减压加髓核摘除优良率83.3%,椎管减压加髓核摘除加后路固定优良率94.4%。结论:老年腰椎管狭窄伴椎间盘突出症有手术条件者尽早手术,有关节突增生应进行固定手术,手术前后行抗骨质疏松治疗。
