| 摘 要： | 目的评价诊断输尿管结石的方法。方法应用药物增强超声显像,检测51例可疑输尿管结石患者。结果药物增强超声显像方法诊断输尿管结石的敏感度为89%,特异度为86%,准确度为88%。上述3项指标与常规B超检查相比,均有显著性差异(P<0.01),且有优于X线检查的趋势。结论超声增强显像法可作为诊断输尿管结石影像学首选检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the diagnosis of ureteral calculus.Methods The ultrasonic enhanced image with drug was performed for 51 cases suspicious ureteral calculus patient.Results The sensitivity was 89%,specificity was 86% and accuracy was 88% of this method that there was significant difference compared with normal ultrasound and better than X-ray.Conclusion The ultrasonic enhanced image might be first choice to diagnose the ureteral calculus. |
