摘    要:目的 探讨N市水质的致突变性。方法 应用XAD- 2大孔树脂吸附浓集水中有机物的技术 ,结合Ames试验、微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验 ,研究N市主要水厂水源水、滤池出水、氯化消毒自来水中非挥发性有机物(NOCs)的致突变性。结果 氯化消毒自来水微核率和精子畸形率显著高于阴性对照组 (P <0. 0 5 ) ,氯化消毒自来水5L/皿剂量下 ,TA98 S9MR =4. 92 ,TA98+S9MR =2 . 6 9。结论 氯化消毒自来水有一定程度致突变性 ,水源水、滤池出水未检出致突变性。

Abstract:Objective To study the mutagenicity of the water in N city.Methods XAD-2 resin was used to extract the organic atter in water.Ames test,the micronucleus assay and the sperm morphologic test were used to analyze the utagenicity of the nonvolatile organic copounds(NOCs)in water,for the main waterworks'source water,the clarified filtration water and the chlouinated tap water in N city.Results The chlouinated tap water micronucleus rate and seed deformity rate were significantly higher than those in normal group(P<0.05).When the chlouinated tap water dosage was 5L/plate,TA98-S9 MR=4.92,TA98+S9 MR=2.69.Conclusion Mutagenicity was determined by the chlorinated tap water in some degree,but mutagenicity was not found in the source water and the clarifying fillration water.
