| 摘 要： | 目的探讨芍黄通便汤治疗晚期肿瘤患者便秘的效果。方法将180例便秘的晚期肿瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组86例口服芍黄通便汤,对照组94例给予番泻叶泡水口服,开塞露塞肛,肥皂水灌肠,比较两种方法治疗便秘的效果。结果观察组临床有效率为97.7%,对照组为87.2%,两组比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论芍黄通便汤治疗晚期肿瘤患者便秘疗效好,维护时间长,且经济、方便,患者易于接受。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of Shaohuangtongbiantang in treatment of constipation of advanced cancer patients.Methods 180 cases of constipation in patients with advanced cancer were randomly allocated to the observation group（86 cases） and control group（94 cases）.Shaohuangtongbiantang was given to observation group,and orally administration of folium sennae,Kaiselu and suds injiciatur enema were given to the control group.Results The clinical response rates for the observation group and the control group were 97.7% and 87.2%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was significant（P0.01）.Conclusion The Shaohuangtongbiantang is efficient in treatment of constipation of advanced cancer patients. |
