| 摘 要： | 目的了解深圳市老年人心理卫生干预的效果。方法对136位老年人在接受心理健康教育前后进行心理健康知识知晓率和心理健康状况调查。结果接受心理健康教育后,老年人对常见精神障碍的识别率明显提高,其SCL-90阳性筛选率由55.1%降至33.3%（P〈0.01）。结论在社区开展心理健康教育对老年人具有非常重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To estimate the effect on psychological health intervention to the elderly in Shenzhen City.Methods 136 elders were tested whether they understood mental disorder or not and their psychological health status before and after mental health education.Results After mental health education,the elderly can understand mental disorder better.The positive percentage of SCL-90 decreases from 55.1% to 33.3%（p0.01）.Conclusion Mental health education in community is very important for the elderly. |
