护理干预对老年肾内科患者安全护理方面的影响

目的:探讨护理干预对老年肾内科患者安全护理方面的影响。方法:选取我院收治的肾内科老年患者216例并随机分为观察组(针对性护理组)和对照组(常规护理组)各108例,比较护理效果。结果:观察组住院期间发生摔倒3例,感染1例,內瘘出血1例,无压疮及內瘘血肿发生,对照组住院期间发生摔倒12例,感染7例,压疮4例,内瘘血肿4例,内瘘出血2例。两组比较除內瘘出血外均存在差异性(P0.05)。观察组患者住院时间平均(23.2±2.5)d,对照组患者平均住院时间为(24.8±3.0)d。两组比较差异显著(P0.01)。结论:针对性护理干预可以显著降低老年肾内科患者住院期间并发症的发生率,提高治疗效果,缩短住院时间。

Effect of nursing intervention on safe nursing of old patient in nephrology

Objective：To investigate the specific care of the elderly the clinical value of Nephrology. Methods：in our hospital from January 2006 - December 2009 admitted 216 cases of elderly patients with kidney disease were randomly divided into observation group（specific care group） and control group （usual care group） of all 108 cases,more care results. Results：The observation group：3 cases of hospital infection,1 case of pressure ulcers,bleeding in 1 case.The control group：12 cases of infection during hospitalization,decubitus 7 cases,arteriovenous fistula 3 cases,4 cases of hematoma,bleeding in 2 cases. Significant difference between the two groups except bleeding （P〈0.05）.The average hospitalization time in observation group was （43.2±2.5） d; the average hospitalization time in control group was （24.8±3.0） d. Significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The specific care can significantly decrease the blood of renal patients during hospitalization rate of complications and improve efficacy,shorten length of stay.
