金多靶对肥胖病人皮肤微循环与脂肪组织的影响

摘    要:目的 观察口服减肥药金多靶对单纯性肥胖病人皮肤微循环与皮下脂肪的影响。方法 用接触式显微电视系统对23例病人及20例健康人作治疗前后(2个月)动态观察。肥胖病人服药剂量0.8-2.4g(每日3次)。活体观察部位为:前额、腹部和上臂内侧,微循环与皮下脂肪组织为观察重点,指标为毛细血管、毛细血管血流、皮肤皱折、皮下脂肪。后者的定量是根据形态用积分法表示。结果 与对照组比肥胖病人额部及腹部毛细血管襻呈襻顶者明显增多(P<0.05),分别占74%及47%,毛细血管血流淤滞或看不清者明显增多占70%(与对照组比P<0.05)。金多靶减肥治疗有效的同时,毛细血管襻无变化,但血流明显改善。上臂内侧及腹部脂肪组织积分明显降低(P<0.05),腹部皮肤皱折明显增加(P<0.05)。结论 接触式显微电视系统可作为衡量肥胖程度及减肥疗效的观察工具。经活体观察证实金多靶减肥有效,减肥同时有改善皮肤毛细血管血流的作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of weight reducing drug Kintop on the subcutaneous microcirculation and adipose obesity patients. Methods The dynamic observation on the subcutaneous microcirculation and adipose was performed by contact TV-microscope system in 23 patients and 20 healthy subjects. The observation sites were as follows: forehead, abdomen and the medial side of upper arm. The parameters of the observation were capillay morphology, blood flow and subcutaneous adipose that was quantitively evaluated by score method.ResultsThe subcutaneous capillary loop of abdomen in obesity patients showed only tops were significantly increased compared with control group (74% vs 47%,P<0.05). The blood flow showing stasis or obscurity was 70%. The loop of capillary was not changed after Kintop treatment, but the capillary blood flow was improved. The scores of adipose in abdomen and upper arm significantly decreased (P<0.05). The abdominal skin fold markedly increased(P<0.05). Conclusions Contact TV-microscope system can be used to evaluate obese degree and treatment effect on weight reducing. Kintop is beneficial to weight reducing that was demonstrated by vital observation using contact TV-microscope system, meanwhile Kintop may also improve the blood flow of capillary.
