妊娠期雌二醇和催乳素与瘦素的关系

目的研究妊娠期间性激素与瘦素水平之间的关系。方法在180例不同孕周的妇女中，按孕周分为＜20周组，20～23周组，24～27周组，≥28周组，采用酶联免疫吸附法测定其外周血血清雌二醇(E2)和催乳素(PRL)，放射免疫法测定血清瘦素水平，分析这些激素之间的相互关系。结果E2和PRL均随妊娠进展而逐步升高(P＜0.0001)，组间均有显著差异(P＜0.05)。各组瘦素水平均高于非妊娠组，但组间差异无显著性。瘦素水平与孕妇的体重及体重指数显著相关(P＜0.01)，与PRL也呈正相关(P＜0.05)，而与B无明显相关。结论PRL水平与妊娠期瘦素水平升高有一定关系。

The Relationship Between Estradiol Prolactin and Leptin during Pregnancy

Objective To study the relationship between serum leptin and sex hormones levelsduring pregnancy. Methods 180 pregnant women were divided into 4 groups according to their ges-tational age(＜20 weeks group, 20～23 weeks group, 24～27 weeks group, ≥28 weeks group) andtheir serum estradiol (E2) and prolactin (PRL) concentrations were determined with enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent assay (ELISA)kit, and the serum leptin levels were measured with radioimmunoassay(RIA) kit. The relationship among the hormones was evaluated. Results E2 and PRL increased aspregnancy progressed ( P ＜ 0. 0001), and significant differences were found between the groups ( P ＜0.05). The serum leptin levels of all gestational groups were higher than non- pregnant women, butthere was no difference between any two gestational groups. The leptin levels were significantly correla-ted with the pregnant women's weight and body mass index (BMI) ( P ＜ 0.01 ), and were positivelycorrelated with PRL (P ＜ 0. 05 ), but no correlation was found between leptin and E2.Conclusion During pregnancy, the women's serum leptin levels increase with the increase of theirweight, BMI and PRL indicating that PRL may play a role in the elevation of leptin during pregnancyand the mechanism remains to be further explored.
