| 摘 要： | 目的探索诱导分化在脑胶质瘤治疗中的用途。方法应用SP免疫组化染色法，检测9顺式维甲酸及干扰素-γ(9-cis RA/IFN-γ)协同诱导分化处理前后脑胶质瘤细胞Ki-67及胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)抗原的表达变化。结果9-cisRA/FN-γ协同诱导分化可使脑胶质瘤细胞Ki-67 LI水平显著下降(P＜0.01)。而GFAP蛋白的表达显著增加(P＜0.01)。结论协同诱导分化能有效逆转脑胶质瘤细胞的恶性增殖表型，并促使其进一步分化。

Immunohistochemicai Study of the Synergistic Differentiation Effects on Cultured Glioma Cells |

| Abstract: | Objective To define the feasibility of differentiation therapy in the treatment of
malignant gliomas. Methods The synergistic modulation effects of 9 -cisRA and IFN -γ on the ex-
pression of Ki-67 and GFAP of cultured glioma cells were studied by SP immunohistochemical staining.
Results The Ki- 67 labeling index of the glioma cells were significantly decreased after RA/IFN-γ
differentiation therapy ( P ＜ 0.01 ). A significant increase of GFAP expression was demonstrated by
immunostaining ( P ＜ 0.01); Conclusion The combination treatment of glioma cells with 9-cisRA
and IFN- γ resulted in marked synergistic effects on growth inhibition and differentiation promotion. |
