腺苷三磷酸结合盒转运体A1基因1883M多态与冠心病的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨腺苷三磷酸结合盒转运体A1(ABCA1)基因1883M多态性与冠心病(CHD)的关系。方法采用PCR-RFLP技术检测264例CHD惠者和278名健康个体ABCA1基因1883M多态性,并结合临床和生化的指标探讨该多态与CHD的关系。结果1883M等位基因及基因型频率分布在患者组与对照组问均无显著性差异;1883M等位基因及基因型频率在非心肌梗死组和心肌梗死组比较差异亦无显著性;女性患者中.MM基因型个体血策HDL-C水平显著高于IM基因型个体。结论ABCA1基因1883M多态与汉族人群CHD无明显的相关性。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between ATP-Binding Cassette Transporter 1(ABCA1)gene I883M polymorphism and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods ABCA1 genotyping was performed in 264 CHD patients and 278 controls by PCR-RFLP approach.Results There was no significant difference in frequencies of allele and genotype in I883M polymorphism between CHD patients and controls;No significant differences of allele and genotype in I883M were observed between non myocardial infarction subgroup and myocardial infarction subgroup;In women patients,MM genotype was associated with higher plasma HDL-C levels when compared with IM genotype.Conclusion No direct association was found between the I883M polymorphism and CHD.
