前列腺疾病患者血清IGF-I水平测定的临床意义

目的 :通过测定前列腺疾病患者血清中胰岛素样生长因子 - I(insulin- like growth factor- I IGF- I)、前列腺特异性抗原 (prostatic specific antigen PSA)和游离前列腺特异性抗原 (free prostatic specific antigen f PSA)的水平 ,探讨其在前列腺疾病的诊断作用。方法 :采用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)和微粒子化学发光法对 4 8例前列腺癌 (prostaticcarcinoma PCa)患者 ,5 0例良性前列腺增生 (benign prostate hyperplasia,BPH)患者和 35例健康男性 (正常对照组 )血清中 IGF- I、PSA和 f PSA进行定量测定并进行比较分析。结果 :前列腺癌患者血清中 IGF- I、PSA、f PSA的水平明显高于 BPH组和正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,IGF- I在前列腺癌的发展过程中有增高趋势 ,但各分期没有统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;BPH组与正常对照组之间比较差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,但 IGF- I水平随前列腺体积 (PV)的增加而有所升高。结论 :IGF- I的高低与前列腺增生程度有关 ;IGF- I水平的升高可能增加了前列腺癌的危险性 ,IGF- I有可能作为一个新的 PCa高危人群的预测指标

Significance of Determination of Serum Insulin-like Growth Factor-I (IGF-I) in Prostate Cancer and Benign Prostate Hypertrophy

Objectives To quantify the levels of insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I), prostantic specific antigen (PSA), fPSA in serum and investigate its role in the diagnosis of rostate cancer and benign prostate hypertrophy.Methods IGF-I were determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and PSA, PSA were determined by IMMULITE analyzer in patients with prostate cancer (n=48),benign prostate hypertrophy (BPH,n=50), and healthy male controls (n=35).Results There was high level of IGF-I,PSA and fPSA in patients with prostate cancer than those in BPH, and healthy controls(P<0.01),the level of IGF-1 was increased during the development ofoprostate cancer; there was no significantly in BPH and healthy male controls(P>0.05), but with the increasing of the PV, the level of IGF-1 was increasing.Conclusion These observations implicated that IGF-I may important factor in the prostate cancer and BPH.
