| 摘 要： | 春季角结膜炎是儿童和青少年常见的慢性变态反应性眼表疾病，发病机理复杂，涉及IgE介导的免疫机制，也有体液和细胞介导的免疫机制。本文对春季角结膜炎的临床表现、病理生理变化和目前采用的治疗方法进行了介绍。

| Abstract: | Vernal keratoconjunctivitis is a chronic allergic ocular surface disease existed primarily in children and youngsters. The precise pathogenic mechanism is complex including IgE mediated, cell mediated and humoral mediated immune process. In this article, we review the clinical manifestation, pathophysiology and treatment of vernal keratoconjunctivitis. |
