| 摘 要： | 回顾性总结62例婴幼儿心内直视术后早期呼吸管理经验，认为做好婴幼儿心内直视术后早期规范化的呼吸道管理包括做好气管插管护理；正确使用呼吸机，掌握正确有效的吸痰方法，保持呼吸道通畅；合理应用镇静剂，掌握好撤机时机及撤机后的呼吸道管理，对减少婴幼儿心内直视术后的呼吸道并发症，降低死亡率有重要意义。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a retrospective survey of early respiratory nursing of infants with intracardiac repair under direct vision was conducted. The results showed early standardized respiratory nursing involved intubation nursing, use of respirators, effective aspiration of sputum, prevention of respiratory tracts and reasonable sedatives, decision of time for removing the respirators and nursing of the respiratory tracts. The correct and effective nursing according to those above-mentioned is significant in reduction of respiratory complications of infants with intracardiac repair under direct vision and in decrease of infantile death rate. |
