| 摘 要： | 目的 观察健脾冲剂治疗脾胃虚弱型小儿厌食症的临床疗效.方法 将100例小儿厌食症患儿随机分为两组,治疗组60例口服健脾冲剂治疗,对照组40例口服用适贝高颗粒治疗,疗程结束后统计疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为77.5%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.035).结论 健脾冲剂治疗脾胃虚弱型小儿厌食症有效.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of treating child anorexia belonging to deficiency of spleen and stomach type with Jianpichongji. Methods A total of 100 children with anorexia were randomly recruited into a control group (40 cases)and a treatment group (60 cases). The control group was treated with Shibeigao ganule, and the treatment group was treated with Jianpichongji. Therapeutic effects between the two groups after the treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate was 90.0% and 77.5% in the treatment group and the control group respectively, showing statistical difference (P=0.035).Conclusion It was effective to treat child anorexia belonging to deficiency of spleen and stomach type with Jianpichongji. |
