| Abstract: | The article introduced how to make the chief holistic nursing quality indexes, meet the examination and appraisement requirements of basic modern hospital by perfecting the division organization and management system, consummating the nursing quality index system, controlling completely and applying the eight quality management principles of ISO9000, PDCA's loop, monoreward-punishment combined with two-factor encouragement theory, and the ideas based on human. |
