| 摘 要： | 目的:比较观察常规(洋地黄、利尿剂、血管扩张剂)治疗及常规+卡托普利两种方法,治疗先天性心脏病并心衰的疗效。方法:将35例先天性心脏病并心力衰竭患儿随机分成常规治疗组(常规应用洋地黄、利尿剂及血管扩张剂治疗);卡托普利组(常规治疗基础上加用卡托普利)疗程12周,结果:卡托普利组心功能级数提高明显优于常规治疗组。结论:在常规治疗基础上加卡托普利是治疗先天性心脏病并心力衰竭的适宜方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the theraputic effects of routine therapy (digitalis, diuretics and vasodilator)compare with routine therapy puls captopril in congenital heart diseace. Methods There were 35 case of congenital heart diseases with heart failure divided into 2 groups randomly, the captopril group and routine group the patients in routine group were treated by routine therapy(digitalis, diuretics and vasodilator) for heart failure and in captopril group were treated by captopril based on rountine therapy for 12 weeks Results: The therapeutic effect of routine therapy puls captopril is better than that of simple routine therapy. Conclusion: The congenital heart dis-eases ' s patients with heart failure should accept routine therapy puls captopril as a routine treatment. |
