山莨菪碱股动脉注射治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变

摘    要:目的探讨山莨菪碱股动脉注射治疗早期糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床疗效。方法82例经彩色多普勒检查诊断为糖尿病下肢血管病变的糖尿病患者,给予山莨菪碱10 mg加生理盐水6ml股动脉注射,每日1次,10次为1个疗程,然后再予以彩色多普勒复查,对前后超声数据进行统计分析。结果治疗后患者下肢麻木、疼痛或凉感等症状减轻或消失,彩色多普勒复查示血液动力学指标明显改善,下肢动脉的内径增宽、频谱变窄及加速度/减速度比值减小(P<0.01)。结论山莨菪碱股动脉注射治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变疗效确切、安全、经济、实用,无明显毒副作用,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the curative effect of intrafemoral injection of anisodamine on early diabetic lower extremity arterial disease.Methods 82 diabetic patients with lower extremity arterial disease diagnosed colored Doppler were given 10mg of anisodamine and 6ml of normal saline intrafemorally once a day for 10d ays.They were re-examined by colored Doppler,and statistical analysis was carried out for the data before and after the treatments.Results The numbness and pain were obviously relieved or disappeared.Doppler showed that the hemodynamic indexes were significant improved.The diameters of the vessels were widened,the spectrum narrowed,and the ratio of acceleration and deceleration decreased.The cost of one curse is less than 10yuan.Conclusion Intrafemoral injection of anisodamine is effective,safe,cost-effective and can be applied to the treatment of diabetic lower extremity arterial dsease without causing obvious side effects and is worthy of popularization.
