桑叶片的药效学研究

摘    要:目的:研究桑叶片对免疫功能、抗炎消肿作用及耐缺氧和抗疲劳作用的影响。方法:采用碳粒廓清法、血清溶血素测定法、二种炎症模型和淋巴水肿模型以及常压下耐缺氧和力竭性游泳运动现察桑叶片的药效作用。结果:桑叶片显著提高小鼠单械巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,使血清碳粒廓清速率明显加快,并提高血清溶血素(IgM)水平。对角又莱胶致足趾肿胀和腹腔毛细血管通透性具有显著的抑制作用以及对大鼠下肢淋巴水肿具有良好的治疗作用。同时可延长小鼠耐缺氧务件下的存活时间和游泳时间,降低耗氧量。结论:桑叶片可增加机体免疫功能,并具有抗炎消肿作用以及增强耐缺氧和抗疲劳的能力,从而提高机体抗病能力。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of Sangye Tablet on immunity,anti-inflammation and detumescence action, antianoxia and antifatigue. Methods:The ways of the clearance of carbon particles test and serum hemolysin assay method, two kinds of inflammatory models and lymphedema model, and normobaric hyporia and exhaustive swimming were used to obsreve the pharmacological effects.Results:Sangye Tablet significantly enhanced the phagocytosis of mononuclear macrophage and hemolysin level in serum, caused serum carbon particle clearance much faster. Meantimes, it obviously inhibited edema induced by carrageen in hind paw and lymphedema of lower extremity in rats and capillary permeability in mice. Also, it clearly prolonged the survival time in hyporia and the swimming time of mice, decreased oxygen consumption. Conclusion:Sangye Tablet strengthened immune function and anti-inflammation and detumescence action, also increased the tolerance of oxygen deficit and antifatigue.
