| 摘 要： | 目的观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法对复发性翼状胬肉27例(30眼)在手术显微镜下行胬肉切除加自体角膜缘干细胞移植术,术后随访6月以上,观察其效果。结果30眼中治愈29眼,治愈率为96.67%;1眼胬肉复发,复发率3.33%。结论角膜缘干细胞移植术能明显减少胬肉手术的复发率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the operation effect of corneal limbal autograft in the treatment of recurrent pterygium. Methods 30 eyes of 27 patients were performed pterygium resection followed by corneal limbal autograft transplantation.All patients were followed up at least 6 months. Results Only 1 eye was recurrent after 2 months,the rate of cure was 96.67%. Conclusion The operation can effectively reduce the relapse of pterygium,and has a satisfactory clinical effect in recurrent pterygium. |
