米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗输卵管妊娠疗效分析

目的观察米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法2005年3月至2007年3月,157例输卵管妊娠患者随机分为对照组75例:甲氨蝶呤50mg/m2单次肌内注射;观察组82例:甲氨蝶呤50mg/m2单次肌内注射并口服米非司酮,定期监测血β-HCG水平及阴道B超监测包块情况直至正常。结果治愈率对照组76.0%,观察组81.7%,经χ2检验P>0.05,差异无显著性。观察组较对照组能明显缩短血β-HCG降至正常所需的时间,减少住院日,经χ2检验P<0.01,差异有高度显著性。结论米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗输卵管妊娠能明显缩短血β-HCG转阴时间、平均住院日,疗效好,值得临床推广。

Observation on the Curative Effect of Methotrexate Combined with Mifepristone in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To explore the curative effect of Methotrexate combined with Mifepriston in the treatment of eetopic pregnancy. Methods 157 cases of ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into control group （75） and study group （82）. The control group was treated with Methotrexate single-dose（50mg/m^2） by intramuscular injection. The study group was treated with Methotrexate single-dose（50mg/m^2） by intramuscular injection and oral Mifepristone （Ru486）. After treatment,the serum 13-HCG levels and trans-vaginal B-ultrasonic inspection were examined. Results The curative rate was 76.0% and 81.7% in control group and study group. There was no significant deviation between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The mean time that 13-HCG returned to normal level, was shorter in study group than in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The combination of singledose Methotrexate intramuscular injection with Mifepristone in treating ectopic pregnancy can reduce the time of β-HCG return to normal level. It is a effective method to use in clinical practice.
