手术切除联合氩氦刀术中冷冻治疗晚期肝脏恶性肿瘤(附28例报告)

目的 总结手术切除联合氩氦刀术中冷冻治疗晚期肝脏恶性肿瘤的临床经验。方法 回顾性分析1999年12月至2001年5月在我院治疗的28例临床资料。结果 本组28例，原发性肝细胞癌20例，肝脏恶性纤维组织瘤1例，继发性肝癌7例；合并肝硬化16例（57.1%），21例（75%）成功切除一个或多个肝脏肿瘤病灶，发生术后氩氦刀穿刺孔出血5例，肝功能不全4例，均经对症治疗治愈。经随访，术后生存6个月6例，12个月5例，目前尚存活17例。结论 手术切除联合氩氦刀术中冷冻是治疗晚期肝脏恶性肿瘤的一种有效方法。

Combining Operative Resection with ASSS for Advanced Liver Malignancy(A Report of 28 Cases)

Objective To explore the clinical experience of combining operative resection with argon super-cryosurgery system(ASSS). Methods The clinical data of 28 cases of the liver malignancies received the combined therapy from Dec, 1999 to May, 2001 were analyzed. Results There were 20 cases of HCC, 7 cases of secondary liver cancers and 1 case of hepatic malignant fibroma. Liver cirrhosis was found in 16 of the patients (57.1%).One or more tumors had been resected successfully in 21 cases (57%). 5 cases had been complicated by bleeding at the ASSS puncture sites after the surgery, and 4 cases had developed postoperative hepatic dysfunction, all of them were cured. Follow-up revealed that 6 and 5 of the patients survived for 6 and 12 months respectively. The remain 17 patients were alive at the time of reporting. Conclusion Combining operative resection with ASSS is effective for advanced liver malignancy.
