股骨近端髓内针治疗股骨粗隆间骨折

目的：探讨股骨近端髓内针（PFN）治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法：选择2004年3月至2007年4月应用PFN治疗股骨粗隆间骨折56例。按AO股骨粗隆间骨折分型，A1．1型9例，A1．2型7例，A1．3型8例，A2．1型5例，A2．2型10例，A2．3型3例，A3．1型7例，A3．2型3例，A3．3型4例，应用PEN进行治疗。结果：住院期间无死亡病例，所有患者随访6—24个月，有5例死于其他系统疾病。余51例患者骨折全部愈合，骨折平均愈合时间12周。结论：PFN治疗股骨粗隆间骨折手术创伤小，对局部血运干扰小，固定牢固，并发症少，是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的理想方法。

Proximal Femoral Intramedullary Nail (PFN) in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture of the Femur

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of proximal femoral intramedullary nail（PFN） in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the femur with proximal femoral intramedullary nails （PFN）. Methods： An type analysis was made among 56 cases of intertrochanteric fracture of the femur treated with PFN between March 2004 and April 2007 （ male 25 and female 31 ; aged 36 - 87, with an average of 61.5）. The fractures were classified according to AO, A1.1,9; A1.2, 7 ; A1.3, 8 ; A2.1, 5 ; A2.2, 10 ; A2.3, 3 ; A3.1, 7 ; A3.2, 3 ; A3.3, 4. Results ： There was no death during the hospitalization. All of the patients were followed up for 6 - 24 months, with five cases died from other diseases later. All of the fractures healed. The average time for union was 12 weeks. Conclusion： Treatment of the intertrochanteric fractures with PFN is an ideal method, with little surgical trauma, less interference with the local blood supply, secure fixation and fewer complications.
