2型糖尿病视网膜病变危险因素的临床分析

目的分析2型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的相关危险因素。方法将134例2型糖尿病患者,根据有无糖尿病视网膜病变分为两组并进行对照研究。了解病程,测定血压、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇、三酰甘油及24h尿白蛋白排泄量(UAE)等指标并进行统计学分析。结果两组患者的病程、空腹血糖、HbA1c、血压、UAE等指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Logistic回归分析,发现病程、HbA1c、高血压、UAE与DR发生为显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病病程、HbA1c、高血压和UAE是影响DR发生的独立危险因素。

Clinical analysis of the risk factors of retinopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To analyse the related risk factors of diabetic retinopathy（DR） in type 2 diabetics. Methods 134 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into 2 groups according to their diabetic retinopathy. The clinical data including course of the disease, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated haemoglobin （HbA1 c） , total serum cholesterol, triglyceride, urine album excretion（ UAE ） were collected and analyzed by Logistic regression. Results Compared with diabetic patients without retinopathy, longer course of disease, higher levels of fasting blood glucose, HbA1 c,blood pressure, UAE were observed in patient with diabetic retinopathy. DR Was positively correlated with the course of the disease, HbA1 c, hypertension and UAE by Logistic regression （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The disease couse, HbA1 c,hypertension and UAE are independent risk factors of diabetic retinopathy.
